Days, I’m tech lead at Gone.com, and most of the job is AI: building with it, measuring it, and getting the whole company using it. Evenings, I run my own experiments, and this site is where they land: how I run Claude, what I’ve launched, and what resale taught me.
Resale came first. Years of it, in a business where margins are thin and mistakes show up in a box on your doorstep. Price it, list it, see if it sells, fix it. Gone is resale too, with trucks and AI pricing, so the day job uses both halves.
